Will you bill my dental insurance?
Yes! We are happy to work with ALL insurance providers and to submit your charges to your insurance company on your behalf. You will be asked to pay your deductible and your estimated non-covered portion prior to leaving the office that day. The insurance check may come to you personally, so you are still responsible for any charges on your account.
How do I know what my insurance will cover?
Dental insurance is really more of a benefit plan than true insurance and varies greatly based on the company and policy. Some procedures are covered 100%, regardless of price, while most procedures are covered up to a certain percentage or dollar value. We can help estimate your portion by requesting a summary of benefits from your insurance company prior to your visit. Ultimately, you are responsible for any charges your insurance company does not cover.
Do you take dental emergencies?
Yes! We are happy to provide emergency treatment during our regular business hours and occasionally after hours for patients of record. We will make every effort to see emergencies the same day. Please call the office 307-265-9463 for more information or submit an emergency care form.
